Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, you must contact us first at:

⚠️ Do NOT send any item back without receiving return instructions from us.
The return address will be provided only after your request has been reviewed and approved.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Not damaged by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos

  • Your order number

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
